Cancellation Reservation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required by 10:00 am on the scheduled date of arrival, or a one night non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card. If you have not contacted the Marina to cancel by 4:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival, the Marina will consider your reservation void and reassign the slip. You will be charged the full length of scheduled stay.
You will be contacted by a Marina representative at the phone number(s) you have provided within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. If you are not contacted, please call 1-800-967-3474 and speak with a representative. Reservations are on a First-Come First-Serve basis.
A valid credit card in needed to reserve and hold a slip.
An individual may apply for more than one slip, however, each vessel must be separately registered including all information required in the reservation request form. Groups may not hold slips without a completed reservation request form.
Groups of 10 boats or more should contact Mary, Bonnie or Ashley directly for group discounts and consecutive slips, if available.
